If you  have ever been to the post offices at Ebertplatz or in Mülheim , you would be surprised to see the queue  which sometimes stretches into the street.The same thing happens in Mülheim.The urpsurge of people  going to these post offices  is amazing.A lot of patience is needed until it is ones turn!
